Enrollment is completed through the school’s website or student office. Lessons can start at any time, subject to availability.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major international cards. PayPal may be accepted on request.
Plans renew automatically and require a minimum commitment of three months to ensure continuity and progress.
Renewal follows your plan. Monthly renews monthly, quarterly every three months, and six-month every six months.
To stop renewal, send a written request to contact@kigalischool.com at least 30 days in advance.
Inactivity or missed lessons do not stop billing. Payments are non-refundable in cash, but credit or rescheduling may be offered.
After payment, you receive a confirmation, receipt, and portal access shortly.

Bootcamps start on the 1st and 15th of each month. Places are limited and confirmed after payment.
To enroll, pay the first month and any accommodation 30 days in advance. Two months must be paid before the program begins.

With official visa refusal, 30+ days allows credit or refund minus $200. 15–29 days allows credit or 50% refund. Less than 15 days allows credit only.
