We are fully owned by Gusoma Publishing Company (UK), and all payments are securely processed by Gusoma on our behalf to ensure transparency, standardized pricing, and student protection.

A structured academic team, not a marketplace of tutors.
Our teachers are selected by the school, for their competences and expertise in online and face-to-face teaching. They are trained professionals with strong communication skills, clarity, and cultural knowledge.
They are based in Rwanda and teach online or face-to-face, depending on your program and availability.
All teachers receive internal training on our curriculum, teaching methodology, assessments, and learner support standards.
We operate as a school, not a tutoring marketplace. Teachers are assigned by the school based on your level, goals, and availability.
Teachers rotate intentionally to prevent burnout, maintain quality, and expose you to multiple speaking styles and accents.
The curriculum is central. Teachers follow it strictly, do not contact students privately, and deliver lessons from Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Wherever you are starting from, our learning system adapts to your pace, background, and personal goals. We teach a diverse community of learners from all over the world.
Our programs are designed to meet each learner where they are and guide them step by step toward real-life communication.
Our curriculum follows the international CEFR structure, progressing from Beginner (A1) to Advanced (C2). At A1βA2, students focus on basic communication, daily situations, simple questions, and survival language.
At B1βB2, students develop fluency, accuracy, and interaction skills. They learn to express opinions, narrate events, and manage professional and social conversations.
At C1βC2, students refine natural expression, nuance, and advanced comprehension. Each level builds on the previous one, ensuring measurable progression.
Lessons are organized around real-life topics rather than isolated grammar drills. Each topic becomes a natural context for learning grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
This topic-based approach makes learning intuitive, practical, and easier to remember.
Each live lesson is built around the four essential language skills: reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
All four skills are practiced in every lesson to ensure balanced development and real communicative ability.
You choose when you want to study based on your personal and professional schedule. Lessons are available every day of the week to accommodate students in different time zones.
This wide availability allows students to plan their learning flexibly while maintaining a consistent academic routine.
All lessons must be booked through our centralized online platform, accessible via the student portal. The system shows real-time teacher availability on a monthly calendar.
The platform automatically converts lesson times into each studentβs local time zone. Students are responsible for ensuring their time zone settings are correct.
Students may book up to the number of lessons included in their selected package. All bookings operate on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
This system ensures punctuality, transparency, and reliability.
Students may cancel or reschedule lessons directly through the platform or calendar.
Cancelling in advance is strongly encouraged so teachers do not log in for unattended lessons. Repeated no-shows may result in lesson forfeiture.
We offer flexible subscription-based packages designed to match different learning intensities and schedules. All plans follow a weekly rhythm and are billed monthly, quarterly, or every six months.
Monthly plans:
β’ 1 lesson/week (4/month): $30
β’ 2 lessons/week (8/month): $60
β’ 3 lessons/week (12/month): $90
β’ 4 lessons/week (16/month): $120
β’ 5 lessons/week (20/month): $150
Learning materials are not included in monthly plans and start from $10 per required resource. Quarterly plans include three learning materials, while six-month plans include all materials and a 10% discount.
All plans operate on an automatic renewal basis by default. This means your subscription continues unless you request cancellation.
To cancel auto-renewal, students must email contact@kigalischool.com at least 30 days in advance. The process is simple and straightforward, and students are responsible for managing their subscriptions.
Unused lessons are not refundable and must be used within the validity period of the selected plan. Stopping lessons or becoming inactive does not stop billing.
After completing payment, students receive an automatic confirmation email with their receipt. Within two hours, they receive a second email containing their login credentials and enrollment confirmation.
Lessons can usually begin as early as the next day, depending on teacher availability. A welcome message explains how the platform works and what to expect from the program.
Once logged in, students can view teacher availability, explore learning materials, and book their first lesson immediately through the student portal.
Tip: Choose the plan that matches your schedule. You can switch plans anytime by upgrading or changing your subscription at renewal.
Learning materials start from $10 per required resource (books, audio, practice packs). Materials can be added during enrollment.
Face-to-face lessons can be added as an optional add-on for $20.
On the next page you can add learning materials and face-to-face options before confirming.
In our programs, fluency is defined as the ability to communicate independently, understand spoken language, and express ideas clearly in everyday situations. Progress depends on lesson frequency, student engagement, and prior exposure.
Students taking two to three lessons per week usually reach functional fluency in about three months, while students taking one lesson per week typically reach this level in about six months.
Progress is measured continuously through speaking performance, comprehension, vocabulary usage, and sentence construction, with clear milestones and personalized feedback.
The KINYALAPT is an international proficiency certificate created in partnership with our school and Gusoma Publishing. It operates independently from the learning program and assesses real communicative ability.
The test fee is not included in the program and must be requested separately. Certification levels range from A1 (Beginner) to C2 (Mastery).
This certificate allows students to officially prove their level for schools, employers, NGOs, and international opportunities.
Learning materials (usually workbooks) can be purchased in complement to your subscription.
Each workbook is available at four levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Fluent. All materials are delivered in PDF or Docx formats. Each workbook is sold separately for $10 per item
